These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HAVN Real Estate web application, Kotlin-based mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, "HAVN"). HAVN is owned, created, and operated by Binarts s.r.o. By using HAVN, you agree to these Terms with Binarts s.r.o.

Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account or workspace. You must provide accurate information and may not share access in a way that bypasses seat limits, security controls, subscription limits, or workspace permissions.

Subscriptions And Billing

HAVN may offer free and paid plans. Paid features may be sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through web or app purchase flows. Prices, plan names, trials, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may depend on the provider or store shown before purchase.

Acceptable Use

Real Estate Responsibilities

HAVN helps agents manage properties, open houses, visitor sign-ins, leads, contacts, follow-ups, files, analytics, and seller reports. You are responsible for complying with real estate, privacy, consumer protection, marketing, agency, brokerage, fair housing, recordkeeping, and professional rules that apply to your use of HAVN.

User Content

You retain ownership of property, contact, lead, note, file, photo, report, and workspace data you submit to HAVN. You grant HAVN the rights needed to host, store, copy, process, display, transmit, secure, back up, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve HAVN.

AI-Assisted Content

HAVN may provide AI-assisted drafts, follow-up text, analytics summaries, and seller report insights. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before sending, publishing, presenting, or relying on it.

Service Providers

HAVN may use Cloudflare for hosting and security; Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and backend services; push notification services; RevenueCat; app stores or web payment providers; map and platform services; analytics, email, monitoring, support, and AI providers for requested features.

Web Application And Platform Access

Web application access, mobile app access, subscriptions, and platform features may vary by plan, workspace, device, region, and release stage. Third-party stores or payment providers are responsible only for the purchase flows they operate.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to HAVN if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse the service, or if continued access could harm HAVN, users, service providers, or third parties.

Disclaimers

HAVN is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, lead conversion, data recovery, report accuracy, or that generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. HAVN does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, valuation, or other professional advice.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or real estate transactions arising from or related to your use of HAVN.
