Accounts And Access

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account or workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when needed. You may not share access in a way that bypasses seat limits, security controls, or workspace permissions.

Real Estate And Lead Data

HAVN helps agents and agencies manage property workflows, open-house sign-ins, visitor information, leads, contacts, follow-ups, tasks, files, analytics, and seller reports. You are responsible for complying with real estate, privacy, consumer protection, marketing, agency, brokerage, fair housing, recordkeeping, MLS, and professional rules that apply to your use of HAVN and the data you enter.

Marketing Consent And Visitor Communications

You are responsible for ensuring that emails, SMS messages, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, mailers, ads, newsletters, follow-ups, and other communications sent using HAVN data comply with applicable privacy, marketing consent, anti-spam, telemarketing, consumer protection, brokerage, MLS, and real estate rules. You must not use HAVN to send unauthorized marketing, and you must honor unsubscribe, opt-out, do-not-contact, consent withdrawal, and similar requests.

Content And Ownership

HAVN, including its design, software, branding, and content, is owned by Binarts s.r.o. or its licensors. You retain ownership of property, lead, contact, workspace, report, and other data you submit, subject to the rights needed for HAVN to host, process, secure, display, analyze, and provide the service.

Third-Party Services

HAVN may rely on third-party services such as Cloudflare, Supabase, RevenueCat, app stores, sign-in providers, map and platform services, AI providers, analytics, email, monitoring, payment, or support providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Subscriptions, Payments, And Availability

HAVN may offer free, trial, or paid plans. Subscription features, limits, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes may depend on the payment provider, app store, web purchase flow, or plan selected. Availability of web app access, mobile apps, and platform features may vary by region, workspace, and release stage.

HAVN is a software tool and does not provide legal, financial, tax, brokerage, or professional advice. You should review communications, reports, and AI-assisted drafts before sending or relying on them.

HAVN is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific business outcomes, or that any generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAVN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of HAVN.
