- Open web.havnre.app, sign in with the same account you use for HAVN, and select the agency that should own the website.
- Create a website, then preview the complete templates before applying the starting point that best matches the agency.
- Open Menu to manage the site address, pages, languages, themes, social media, chatbot, SEO and sharing, and the global site style.
- Open Pages to edit the homepage, create a blank page, or add a predefined page such as About us, Services, or Contact us.
- Inside a page, add predefined sections and drag section rows to change their order. The header and footer are available on every page.
- Open a section to edit its text, buttons, images, carousel, layout, colors, typography, and spacing. Use Preview to check the result without publishing it.
- Configure the header and footer navigation, contact details, social links, language switcher, light/dark control, and the permanent Powered by HAVN link.
- Use Property search and Properties sections to show the agency's HAVN portfolio. Configure purpose, property type, location, rooms, price, pagination, and visible listing details.
- In Languages, choose the default language and enable every visitor language you need. Switch the editor language and translate each page, section, header, footer, and SEO field.
- Check desktop and phone layouts in Preview, including navigation, property detail facts, units, and the complete property image gallery.
- Publish only after the draft is ready. The site can use its web.havnre.app path, an agency subdomain, or a verified custom domain.
- Optionally connect HAVN MCP and use website_ tools to list pages and sections or make approved builder changes from a compatible AI assistant.

- Builder changes are saved as a draft; visitors see the latest published version until you publish again.
- Property facts and images come from HAVN. Complete the public listing data in HAVN before troubleshooting an empty or incomplete website card.
- Review every enabled language separately. New languages initially inherit default content until you translate it.
- Custom domains can require DNS or Cloudflare configuration before activation completes.
